Producing a new record for the Sweet Lillies

We have been crossing paths with the Sweet Lillies for some years now, and I was honored when they asked me to produce their upcoming record, now titles ‘Equality.’ This is a really cool, unique band, with some sounds/strengths that are not common on the acoustic scene. Becca can rap, for real! Dustin and Julie are also great players who can write and sing really well. I pushed them to explore these alternative avenues during pre-production, and ultimately to bring in Jason Hann from String Cheese to play drums on the record. Since then, they have continued on that path, adding a full time drummer and really taking their sound up a notch. I’m excited for the world to hear this new music!
