Bluegrass Manifesto

Several months after I published this article, I gave the keynote address at the annual IBMA business conference. I reached out to a lot of people across the industry to try to get an array of perspectives and a better understanding. Video of the speech is below.

For a little more context, this article I wrote for No Depression in 2016 provides a lot of background on the history and evolution of bluegrass.

Great stuff my man!! pardon my utilizing this reply format to ask the following, but here goes.

How can I get in touch with you to see if you would be interested in participating in a book project I am finishing up? I am co-authoring a book on Earl Scruggs musical legacy, and would love to have your input if you are willing. We can do this via email with your written answers to several questions about Earl, or a phone interview. Let me know if you would like to participate. We have already signed a contract with the publisher. Thanks
